Version 5.0.3 Now In Place: We've upgraded to version 5.0.3 which should be a first step towards solving some of the issues we've had with safe lists of listserv messages and Russian spam. 5.0.3 also has improvements for users of the Safari browser. The select all button is now located in a menu calls "Lists" in the quarantine section.
Digests: All customers should be receiving digests unless they have opted out. You can look at the guide to our digests at http://mcnsite.mcn.org/extras/spamcontrol/digest
Bounce Backs of Undeliverable Mail ("backscatter"): We have recent seen a large increase in the amount of bounced message notices our customers are receiving when spammers use our customers e-mail addresses as the return address on spam messages. We now have a solution for customers experiencing this problem.
